Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!!

I would never come back!! Bad experience.

Lousy attention, at all times I felt that those at the drinks bar served you very forcibly, it is not like in other all-inclusive hotels that come to ask if you are offered anything else because they are already going to close the bar; that is very punctual to do it. On one occasion we were in the lobby listening to a musical group and when it was finished practically everyone was running us, even the chairs wanted to take us away, it should be mentioned that no one was making a fuss or anything and how they saw that some people did not leave there because they turned off our light, never come back!!!

Change in my booking

Hello goodnight, I have a reservation to enter tomorrow, I made it through the best day app, I am concerned that I wanted to make a change in one of the rooms and they have not answered me, I called the hotel and they also do not answer me, if they are functioning? Everything was really clean, really friendly staff. Definitely coming back to this hotel and villas.

Excellent service.

Excellent service from Érica and Victor at the Mizumi restaurant of the Palacio Mundo Imperial hotel in Acapulco Guerrero. Delicious food from chef Ulises Barreja. I highly recommend it for sure I will be back soon with all my family
