I truly enjoyed my 3 days stay at Holiday Inn KK, thanks to the warm hospitality and excellent service provided. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to find food nearby and offering quick access to the airport. The staff were friendly, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping my room clean and well-stocked with essential amenities. The hotel’s WiFi was reliable, which was perfect for getting my work done from the room. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, and I’ll definitely be returning to Holiday Inn KK on my next trip to Kota Kinabalu.

Check in and check out was smooth. Also the chicken chop at the cafe is very nice and delicious. Price is also affordable. If you are visiting kk, this is Holiday Inn Express is one of the best location. I love this place.

Like any holiday inn, it is a good value for money option. Located about 15min walk away from Gaya Street, the location is not too close from the main tourist area, yet Kota Kinabalu is a small city, so getting around isn't a problem.
The gym is better than most hotel, the bar serves a good pint, all in all a good option!

Hotel ia located opposite Hilton Hotel, which need to walk thru main road for shopping & eating if you want. Room nice while pillow a bit soft. Aircon very cold. Bfast consider good with variety choice.
