Wonderful

We stayed at turtle bay for new year as families and enjoyed every bit of it. Despite arriving early with the night train we found our rooms ready, the check in was smooth and had time to freshen up before lunch. The all inclusive package worked well for us and met our expectations. The food was enough and good, a good selection of drinks. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Kudos turtle bay we enjoyed our stay

All-inclusive Resort

I stayed at the hotel a dozen years ago. The location was convenient throughout the town of Watam. At the time, bike rental was available near the hotel, so I had no problem going to Gede Ruins or shopping. When you chequin, you wear a color-coded wristband depending on your accommodation plan, and the service and free portion change accordingly, but basically it included food, drink and basic activities. The whole place was bright and open, including the lobby. Restaurants and entertainment lounges surround the square, which also serves as a venue for evening attractions. I think there were a total of 5.6 restaurants and bars.
This time, I made it a suite, but this type of room was divided into two rooms and equipped with a bathtub. The view is great because it is on the sea side.
Facilities included TV, air conditioning, table, refrigerator, safe, minibar, coffee maker, comfortable Wi-Fi and easy to use outlet location. The bathroom was easy to use, the shower was water pressure, the water quality was fine and the bathtub was comfortable. Regarding the essential food and drink, for all-inclusive hotels and plans like this, we often hear that the food is not as good as the drink, but that concern didn't apply when it came to Turtle Bay Beach Club. No matter what I ate, it was delicious at any restaurant or bar. At the time, I couldn't believe it because of the price. It was more than a cost-effective experience.
Of course, the staff were Professional with the hospitality and expertise befitting the hospitality industry.
However, since it was a stay more than a decade ago, there may be some things that are different from the present, so I think it is better to check in advance.

Rooms are in dire need renovations & upgrade. Service is good. Location & beach is amazing including food

It was the most fantastic stay , hotel , food and staff we had in many many years . We loved the place , very relaxing and friendly visitors . I will recommend to friends and family . Joyce our waitress , thanks for making us feel like home 😘

My favourite place in the whole wide world

What an amazing and wonderful place, I cannot praise it enough. It has got a beautiful vibe to it and all the people are just so kind and attentive. Wonderful for couples or families, your kids will LOVE it. The location has to be seen to be believed, it’s impossible to exaggerate the natural beauty of the beach. Just book and go, you will be so happy you did and you WILL go back for more ❤️
