Excellent hotel with very friendly and competent staff. Rooms are comfortable with everything needed and very clean. Next to a subway station. Quiet area

Location location location! Not only that but the staff al spoke English which made it so much easier when going to and from Kyoto Station. It’s incredibly close to Nishiki Market and temples. Will be staying here every time I visit Kyoto.

We have to wait 1 1/2 hour for our check in finally we were able to check in around 4:30pm they changed our room with no views. Reception staff terrible.
