This was a decent, affordable, and comfortable hotel in a convenient part of the city. The breakfast was fine. Check-in and check-out were easy. I would stay here again.

The location is great as whatever to which train stations are not far away. Staffs’s were good.
Convenient Store also very close to hotel.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Amenities were well organised and complete. Free loan of personal care accessories is highly commendable. Room was neat, clean, and comfortable.

Convenient location. Small size but everything is fully equipped. Staffs are friendly. Very clean and tidy.

Hotel has all the needed toiletries , pajama, slippers and even face mask.
Room is clean and comfortable to sleep.
Amenities includes washer dryer washing machine
Location is just a short walking distance from sannomiya station and just outside hotel have many restaurants and convenient stores.
Free beeakast buffet is a bonus but eat once or twice is ok. Menu are almost same everyday.
Staff are friendly. Easy and fast checkin checkout.
