The hotel is located in the center of American Village, surrounded by colorful buildings, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

Location…Location.. in the center of the American Village. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. The offer amenities for entire family. Their breakfast is amazing. Easy access to beach. Loved it.

Highly recommend this hotel.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I lost my wallet in a taxi on the first day of my trip, and had almost no information to trace it.
The front desk staff helped me call taxi companies across Okinawa and eventually found the driver. Thanks to their help, I got my wallet back.
I’m very grateful for their kind and dedicated service!
If you’re looking for a place to stay near American Village, this hotel is definitely worth considering!

There were a few issues during my stay:
1. The elevator had an unpleasant smell.
2. At 07:00, I was woken up by a wrongly set alarm in the hotel room, causing inconvenience.
3. The bed was too firm, and the pillows were uncomfortable.
However, I would like to compliment the front desk staff for their exceptional service. They were very helpful in confirming my booking and arranging a delayed checkout, which made my stay more convenient and stress-free.

【Sunset Beach | Notice of extension of improvement construction period】Due to the improvement work on Sunset Beach sponsored by Chatan Town, the construction work will be visible from some ocean view rooms.Schedule may change depending on construction/weather conditions.During the construction period, a no-go area will be established as a safety measure, and the use of the beach and land-side lawn area will be partially restricted.
The rooftop pool is open from 08:00 to 20:00 every year from Mar 20 to Oct 31. There is an additional charge for guests 6 years and over to use the swimming pool. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.
