Authentic and dignified.

A little shabby, but a good hotel. There was even a Jacuzzi in the room (noisily true :) ). Fabric wallpaper is just high-flying. The location is excellent. Several catering facilities are within walking distance. Tolerable noise insulation.
The elevator is small. The stairs are pretty steep.

Decent accommodation

Good location, although it could have been done a renovation in the rooms, at least in terms of card-key theme, for more security .. Gentle staff, willing to help.

For the location and the money
I must say that this was one of the nicest hotels in Rome. The location made it incredibly easy to access public transportation, which was a significant advantage. I was fortunate enough to be assigned a lovely room with a balcony and a street view, which added to the charm of my stay.
The breakfast offered was excellent, providing a variety of options to start the day right. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
I would also like to commend your staff, especially Francesco, who was exceptionally helpful. He provided valuable advice regarding transportation and was always willing to assist with any questions.

No hot water

During our five day stay at this hotel,in december and january, there was a problem with the shower: weak water force with tepid water, not hot. We complained about it and nothing was done to solve the problem. Besides, the shower is located on a jacuzzi bathtub which doesn't work.

Great stay in

Highly recommended hotel, near St. Peter's Square, convenient to Ottaviano metro station which is a 10-minute walk and served by buses that stop right next to the hotel.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast both sweet and savory.
