We was here 2 days booking by a travel agency,
the hotel position is very nice near the sea and center,
the rooms are big and clean , the staff is very nice and 24h .
They offer to us coffe in the check in and every day the staff asked us if everything ok or not,

Air conditioning that is advertised does not actually work. We slept with practically only undergarments as it was so unbelievably hot in the building. Would not recommend a stay here at all.

One night maximum stay

I’d love to be able to say great things about the Villa Dina as you can tell that they’ve struggled through Covid. We were only staying for 1 night and that was enough for us. We had a quadruple room which was supposed to have bunk beds but we ended up with 2 single and a double and it was a bit of a squeeze. There were no facilities in the room, no way of making a drink, just towels and some free sachets of shampoo. There was aircon but we couldn’t find the remote, we had to ask for it at Reception so we weren’t able to cool the room until we returned later after eating and that too ages as it was so warm. To cool off I popped down to Reception and the owner let me take a couple of cold bottles of water. The shower wasn’t great and ended up making the bathroom very wet. Fortunately we checked out before 9am the following morning and the owner kindly called us a taxi and gave us complimentary cappuccinos.

Clean, basic hotel walking distance from the beach

I stayed for 2 nights in the week of Ferragosto. I didn’t spend much time there but my room was on the ground floor (12), clean, plenty of space, everything worked fine including the air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Not much street noise. Public car park nearby.
A 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would book again.

OK, this is how it stands. If all you are looking for is a friendly, clean, comfortable, no frills hotel, in close vicinity to the old town centre, or the exhibition centre, at an incredibly reasonable price, then this is the place for you.
Because of its location, I personally would avoid in the summer. The north of Rimini does not appeal to me at all during the summer months, but for those intending to visit in winter, and are on a budget, I highly recommend the Villa Dina.
I have just returned after spending Christmas there, and have no hesitation in re booking for next year.
