This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 22:00 until 00:00 costs EUR 25, from 00:00 until 01:00 a surcharge of EUR 50 applies, from 01:00 until 02:00 a surcharge of EUR 60 applies and from 02:00 until 03:00 a surcharge of EUR 80 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that final cleaning is included. Daily cleaning is available on request, at extra charge.
