Great staff attitude, helping us even when very late.

Absolutely disgraceful hotel. The rooms are very dirty. The inside smells of pork fat and meat. They even sell room slippers for money. There is no water, it is sold for money. They have commercialized everything. You cannot find a parking space, you have to park far away on the road. You cannot find any staff at the reception. In one word, it is terrible. How is this a 3-star hotel? Even 1 star is too much. It is like a barn. Cold air comes from the windows. The air conditioner does not work. Extremely dirty and filthy rooms.

The hotel has some of the friendliest workers. When I checked in, the front desk staff took my luggage to my room in the upstairs annex, even though it didn't have an elevator. They had a minibar close to the front desk, and were very keen to sell me the sparkling water "frissante".
Breakfast was in a room in the main building. It had a good selection of items.

Service from the staff on arrival and during stay was very good and friendly, spoke good english. Breakfast options were good and had much variety.
Only minor issue was the location and amount of plug locations within the room, as one was in bathroom, and other behind TV in our specific room.
Noise from outside the room can be loud due to trains and other rooms along the corridor.

It’s a bit far from the train station, but as a first-time visitor to Italy, it wasn’t a big deal. The mattress was super comfy, and everything was clean and warm for winter. I honestly enjoyed my stay! The staff speaks French, Italian, and English, and they were all so friendly. As a solo traveler, I had a great experience.
