Howth nice and comfortable

The Tigulio hotel is very well cared for, with attention to detail that makes the difference. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real strength: rich, varied and with fresh produce, perfect to start the day. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Location a few steps from the sea. Great value for money. Very recommended

I was very disappointed especially by the rudeness of the owner 0

I state that I have been a customer for about 5 years, this year on my arrival I hear that for 1 evening I will have a room and that the next day I have to change. Ok...... the next morning I change rooms and find mold on the wall of the bedroom window, dirty floor and sand in the shower. I report to the owners my disappointment( they apologize saying that the person who stayed before me did not make any report.
The next day I find a black hair (I am blonde) on the sheets, a brown stain on the sheet and one on the pillowcase in addition to the shower that has a clogged drain. I kindly ask "lumi" to Mrs. Roberta (owner) who, with a very polite tone () invites me to leave the hotel since I am too demanding......
That's all I'm saying.

Wonder

What about this hotel? Just wonderful!!! My husband and I have just concluded our holiday and we can not fail to express our compliments to all the staff of this hotel starting from the owners gentile..always available and attentive to every detail. We felt really pampered, followed and advised very well on everything. From parking lots to the best places to visit, to travel .... in short, real tour operators. Not to mention the food, cleanliness and strategic location. We had a really good time and thank them for that! Carla and Giovanni

Great stay

The hotel is located in a strategic position, not brand new but well furnished, with all amenities and spotless. Very kind and helpful staff to meet every request. Rich and hearty breakfast buffet.
I will definitely be back.

Amazing place to come with friends or family

Amazing experience! Friendly staff! Close to everything. Overall an amazing stay! I came here with friends for a beach holiday and enjoyed my whole stay. The owners and staff are such friendly people and make the experience amazing! Would highly recommend!
