Already on arrival, the travel stress is immediately ended by the warm welcome, A tour of the hotel, a particularly helpful driver, and competent behavior with all questions to the reception confirm the first impression

The best staff of any hotel

So many standouts. The location, the rooms, the grounds, the hotel transportation and facilities but most of all the staff. The staff are very attentive and really welcoming. I wish every hotel could find staff this good. I will definitely revisit and have a longer stay and try out the restaurant. The breakfast was superb.

Beautiful grounds, attentive & friendly staff, prompt, easy shuttle service to two key locations on island. Lovely spa facilities.

Amazing

Everything was perfect and amazing! From antipasto through dessert, each course was brought out, described, tasted amazing and the staff went over and above to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The perfect stay and perfect dining experience. Amazing views, amazing room, we will stay here again and again. Mille grazie.

Very good!

The hotel has made an excellent impression from the beginning, as we have never been welcomed anywhere so quietly. At a table in the garden you would sit down, have drinks, get a hand massage from the spa, then someone from the hotel would come along and explain everything and show you around. Rarely have we had such a personal welcome.
Also otherwise the service was perfect: Room service, poolside, garden, reception, housekeeping, etc., there was nothing wrong.
We were completely satisfied
