Relax totale!

With great pleasure we returned to the Dolomites for a relaxing weekend despite having to travel many kilometers in a short time but... the Mazzel family and its welcome are always worth the trip! Rooms always perfect and quiet, discreet attention from the staff and a killer kitchen!
We enjoyed the recent changes and upgrades to the reception and other common areas and enjoyed the pool and games room available on the lower floors.

Family hotel where customer friendliness is paramount.

2nd time staying with Carolus ski, in this top hotel 5min away from the center and the ski lift (ski bus at the door). Massimo and his team have spoiled us again. Especially big compliments to Mikela: her smile, friendly service and enthusiasm made our meals even better. Hard worker for which customer satisfaction is paramount.
Room was not as nice as the previous one, view was super. Outside hairdryer nothing to criticize.

A GREAT CHOICE FOR THE FAMILY

We stayed a week with family and friends.
Family management with attention to detail.
Quality food, homemade flavors, breakfast buffet.
Impeccable cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the common areas.
The free availability of mountain bikes is certainly a significant plus given the proximity to the wonderful Alba di Canazei - Molina cycle path.
Definitely advisable.

Relaxing

we have just finished a 9 day stay at the Flora Alpina hotel and confirm all the positive things read in previous reviews.
Attentive and courteous family management, excellent value for money.
Pretty spa.

Good , but improvable

Nice hotel with good services ranging from spa to bikes with outdoor parking and garage parking all included in the price. Good food nice and friendly staff, excellent cleaning, The only thing that was not liked was the shower with an opening of the two doors placed at an angle with a gap or useful of 34/35 cm. Not suitable for robust people. It is advisable at the time of Reservation to ask you the dimensions of the shower so as not to incur such inconvenience.
