Great experience
Spacious room, comfortable beds and surprise a massage chair in the room, much appreciated by the whole family!
Common outdoor terrace: a gem!
Breakfast varied, all very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
A short walk from the center that can be reached comfortably on foot in just 15 minutes.

Wonderful
Bathroom spacious with a brilliant shower. Customer service excellent and breakfast was really good too.
Will definitely stay here again when back in Bologna.

Great but avoid room number 3
Weakness: my room (3. The porches) overlooks an internal courtyard equipped as a covered lounge space. This takes away light from the room, can compromise privacy and the lights of the Christmas decorations illuminate annoyingly if, like me, you love to sleep with the roller shutters not closed

Everything perfect!!!
Nothing to envy to a hotel, indeed much better than many 3 star hotels I have been to.
Friendliness of the staff, clean and beautiful fragrant rooms!
Great breakfast: sweet (croissants, pies, single portions of cheesecake, rusks with jams and various spreads) and savory (stuffed savory croissants, toast, eggs) - fresh fruit, yogurt and dried fruit.
Machine to prepare coffee and cappuccino, tea and infusions also available.
Electric coffee machine also in the room, along with sweet and savory snacks to be consumed in the afternoon.
Excellent bath products (also body cream present).
Disposable slippers to complete!
The list of things that impressed us is still long, but I stop here and I absolutely recommend you to stay there!

Great little hotel in the heart of Bologna
When checking in we were advised to take a taxi to the airport (that's even a little cheaper), we took that into account on departure. The taxi rank is located directly at the train station.
We arrived in the morning and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and thus explore the city immediately.
Later we got a whatsapp from the hotel that we can move into our room. The room is really huge and great for a hotel in an old town. Super large bathroom with 2 sinks, enough storage facilities and a huge shower. A walk-in closet, a massage chair (great!!!) and a nice comfortable bed with very comfortable pillows.
The room is also equipped with outside roller blinds and you hardly hear anything from the street anymore.
We also loved that you don't need a room key because there is an individual code for each guest with which you can open all doors.
Super breakfast (especially for Italian standards) with fresh croissants (stuffed and unfilled), boiled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit and many sweet treats.
Value for money is absolutely reasonable for this hotel, the staff speak very good English and were very friendly and accommodating.
Conclusion: the perfect hotel for a city break.
