Awesome location, with big swimming pools,kids play area and private beach, the food in the restaurant was delicious overall satified with the services of the hotel

Hotel service very good, staffs very friendly and helpful.
The only think need comment is food, no so variety choices for a 5 stars hotel. Limit, I don't know overall holiday Inn hotels standard I think, because my experience before at others holiday Inn all most the same.
But the experience at the hotel is good enough.

I had a great stay and experience at the Holiday Inn Resort. I arrived exhausted, sore & with the “Bali Belly” from my busy week in Ubud. The lovely lady at the reception immediately picked up on my state upon arrival. I appreciated her inquiring about what was wrong and her sympathy. The hotel also offered me complimentary ginger, turmeric, honey & lemon tea several times for the issue with my stomach. I found a gecko in my room. They tried to get it out but failed. They instead upgraded my room and moved me to a gecko free room. I really appreciated that gesture. The spa was equally amazing. I was met with friendly smiling staff all day long around the hotel. I loved the breakfast and the beach views. Thank you so much Holiday Inn for making my last few days in Bali Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it!

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet was second to none.
