Great Stay at Park Inn
I liked the rooms, breakfast and overall service. Rooms are spacious. Especially Mr. Mohit from restraunt were very good. If an item ran out he would rember the guest requesting it and circle back, with so many guests. This was commendable

Second stay and failed again with rooms facilities not working
Checked in however we only stayed here 2 days and we had to go back to Jalandhar for the day after check in so my sister never used the shower however the next day in room 2 lo and behold the hot water worked on the tap in the sink and the hot water in the Grohe shower did nti work at all, also used shower gels were left in room. On checkout told the reception as per usual just lip service(could give 2 hoots) paid out bill and we also then asked about late check out for about till 9 we then paid for another night to to stay till 9 which is fine he upgraded the room for 98 hours stay which we only stayed in for 5 hours as we went out to Town.
I'm not impressed at all I don't like leaving negative reviews but as this has happened the second time it's quite frankly not on where things are NOT ADRESSED. I think Parminder doesn't quite frankly understand the concerns of western or old NRIS who travel and am disappointed in the same inadequate service of nothing, we are no way demanding as the Indian clientele, Amrit offered an upgrade on the overnight stay but rather insulting when you tell the client to book through 3rd party website rather than directly proving the incapacity or incapability of facilitating great hospitality direct from the Management.
Also for a 89 bedroom hotel if you have breakfast included the restaurant has about 35 covers (seating) so be ready to go back to your room or leave without breakfast as the lack of seating the overflow is the chamber bar extra 10 seats .
A positive point the only staff that i found were great were Shashi, Mohit and the team at the restaurant.
I will however be staying and paying extra next time at the FortuneITC or Le Meridien ...happy to pay the extra

Good breakfast and friendly staff..food was nice. Would definitely recommend it to puri and idli lovers!thank you thank
If you're looking for authentic breakfast, here is the place to be! The restaurant is always bustling, but the service is quick and efficient. Their puri was perfectly crispy, and the idlis were soft and fluffy, served with a variety of flavorful chutneys. The highlight for me was their filter coffee, which had the perfect balance of strong and smooth flavors.
However, the taste and quality of the food make it worth the wait. Overall, a fantastic spot for a hearty and delicious breakfast!
Would definitely recommend it to puri and idli lovers!
