Clean villas and excellent hosts
We had a lovely stay here in Villa Victoria. Jenny and Stephanie were such friendly and welcoming hosts and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was kept spotless throughout our stay and the facilities were enough for what we needed. Comfy beds and air conditioning meant we slept super well! Watching the sunrise over the bay from the terrace with our morning coffee was also very memorable. It’s a quiet and peaceful location just 5 minutes walk from the village centre promenade with several restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach. We had a perfect stay here!! I would recommend also the Diving Centre just at the end of the road if you would like to scuba dive! Amazing experience!

The only positive thing is the view
The place does not reflect the images published, the services are non-existent, the host is rude and aggressive and does not speak a word of English, so practically anyone who stays at this property finds themselves completely abandoned and treated badly... not recommended to everyone.

Very bad
Non-existent service, vulgar and aggressive host.
He railed against us several times, without even making himself understood given the zero level of English he knew, with ignorance and malice.
We were threatened with having to pay €20 for two broken glasses.

Nice place, but the rudest host ever
We spent 8 nights here of our 2 weeks stay in Zakinthos. The apartment was great, same with the surroundings and views.
Unfortunately, the host is a sad old man walking around without a shirt, watching over every movement of the children, yelling at them (in italian?) and guarding his (very dirty!) pool.
We had chosen the option ”breakfast included”, which was a huge mistake, because this really caused us more stress than was worthwhile. There is no breakfast room or buffet, or even any kind of menu from where you could simply choose from some options. You also have to sit outside in the heat under a canopy with no AC or even a fan. We never got what we ordered, he neither didn’t understand English much at all, or just didn’t bother to make it properly. The last morning we just didn’t get any breakfast at all, and he also made us leave the room at 10.00, even though the check out time there is noon, and he tried to kick us out of the whole hotel area with our luggage. We tried to talk some sense to him with no success, so I messaged someone who manages the bookings, and he talked in the phone with him, and finally we were allowed to leave our luggage there until 17.30 when our taxi to the airport arrived. He didn’t even let the taxi driver turn his car around, so he had to drive backwards to get us out of the hotel area. :D
In this place you won’t find any of that Greek warmth and hospitality, that we are used to all around Greek islands, but if you don’t mind that and have your breakfast elsewhere, the apartment can be recommended.

Nice surrounding, unfriendly host
The nearby village is a nice and relaxed spot which offers a variety of good The nearby village is a nice and relaxed spot which offers a variety of good restaurants, shopping opportunities, boat rentals and diving schools.
The apartment site offers an nice sea view, state and features of the apartements are ok.
Unfortunately the host is an unfriendly and commanding guy who spends his days guarding his property against his guests and especially against children.
Not quite the warm greek hospitality you will most likely find elsewhere.
