Room unfortunately 1/10....
But unfortunately we noticed some negative aspects...
- Breakfast buffet - unfortunately the quality was really not good, selection very limited, everything was "packaged", hardly any fresh food, almost no fruit.
- everything was very crowded, very loud, too many people in a small space for our taste.
The biggest minus: the "family room", which does not deserve this title AT ALL. There are two completely outdated, shabby mini-rooms, which are connected by a heavy, double metal door. This is not a family room and we found it really outrageous for the price per night... Unfortunately the room was also dirty, the carpet strips were coming off everywhere, hair on the floor, spartan and old furnishings, moldy joints in the bathroom and an unpleasant smell. In addition, you could hardly turn around in the "bathroom", it was so small...

Great break for the weekend
The journey itself was problem-free and the receptionist was super nice, he explained everything clearly, what was included, how to get to the different areas, etc.
We had a studio on the 8th floor, with an extra bed for our daughter. The rooms are cozy, it was well heated and the bathroom was clean and even had a bathtub. The swimming pool is suitable for adults to swim laps, there is a separate non-swimmer area for children, but nothing else, no slide, etc.
You then have to drive to the thermal baths in Templin. The changing rooms are divided into men's and women's rooms. There should be changing rooms for families. With a beach bag for three people, it's difficult to divide up. The children's area in the hotel consists of a climbing tower with slides and a ball pit, small but good, there is also a room for painting, all kinds of playgrounds outside, a cable car, mini golf, disc bowl, a beach bar, a private beach area, a cinema, lots of events for children, entertainment, dancing for the whole family in the evening. All of this is almost unbeatable. We couldn't use everything, you need to stay several nights for that. About 250m from the hotel there is a large indoor playground for the kids, which is very good, you can also buy small snacks and drinks there.
The parking lot at the hotel is subject to a fee and costs 8 EUR per day. You can still use all the facilities, swimming pool, games paradise, etc. after checking out. Very nice!
We only have criticism of the food, the breakfast was OK, which is hardly possible given the size of the complex, it lacks a bit of flair... The evening meal from the buffet was worse than hospital level... It definitely needs to be improved for 28 EUR excluding drinks. It was almost impossible to eat, the fish was overcooked, the Bolognese was tasteless, there was hardly any choice of main courses... We were seated in the last room, where a waiter only went when we asked. Despite writing down the order, he only had half of it when he came back. So there is definitely room for improvement!!!
We could imagine coming back if the service in the restaurants improves and the quality of the food improves too!

I do not like the concept of paid parking for the hotell guests.
One of the worst parts and easy fixed is that in the room with a bathtub the shower hose is way to short i am 177cm and the shower nozzle unly reached my neck. So i have to kneel or bend really strange to shower my head.
It was clean and fresh in my room.
