Very nice, classy hotel with great staff and superb breakfast. Restaurant is very good. Only flaw was very bad, sometimes even non-existent Wi-Fi signal in our hotelroom on the 4th floor.

They don't see us here anymore.

Location and breakfast each get a positive point but it stops there. An expensive hotel that is not worth 4 stars at all: poor room lighting, no possibility to make coffee or heat water, toilet is located in a small bathroom where the shower room needs renovation, 70 km from the Dutch border you have no Dutch TV channel nor BVN but eg a Russian channel. And the room rate is billed lower than you paid before but there is no explanation for that. Too bad. Our next visit to Münster will be in a different hotel.

I wanted a good 2 person room. I got a 1 person room with a two person bed. The assumption that you get a discount is deceiving. The parking is expensive and very small. The restaurant is good, very exclusive but desert is overrated. The neighbourhood is scaffy and the front is noisy, where the back is a open building place. The personal is helpfully and nice.

A great weekend in Münster

Extremely friendly check-in and check-out. The same goes for the service at breakfast - very, very friendly. Very large selection at breakfast and perfect location for a city tour. Unfortunately the spa area was unusable due to water damage. But that doesn't matter, I'll definitely come back :)

Very decent conference hotel

We stayed for the second time with a group of 24 people at the Hotel Kaiserhof in Münster. The organization in advance runs reliably and uncomplicated. Extra requests at the event are always implemented in a friendly manner. The staff is always helpful. Dining in the restaurant and catering during the event run smoothly. The food is always delicious.
Rooms are very clean and tidy.
The parking situation in the backyard is already scarce, on the other hand, the main train station is directly opposite and various other parking garages in the immediate vicinity.
The rooms on the side of the main station are louder and very bright at night if you don't draw the curtains.
