Clean but.......
He showed me to a twin room. I explained as best I could, I was expecting a double room with a big bed, not two little beds. He seemed to understand and begrudgingly showed me to another room ... The exact same layout but with the two beds pushed together! (Not exactly what I was paying an extra tenner for).
Realising arguing without a common language would be futile, I accepted the room as it seemed clean and otherwise ok.
On closer looking it would seem the building is new , and there is a confusing combination of finishes from extravagant marble window ledges thru to wobbly ikea furniture. The bed was not comfy, upon inspection the thin mattress was supported just by 11 very narrow pressed steel bars! I'm fairly stout, so half expected to awake in the night having fallen to the floor.
The hotel is on an industrial estate and Through the night was all manner of noise, clanking and banging and a pneumatic drill. Making my sleep quite broken.
In short, I don't imagine I'll be staying here again.

Great Value, close to Munich
The location is a bit sketchy because it is in the middle of an industrial area, but we had a quiet night with no construction or any other disturbances

Günstig aber das war's auch schon.
Wer: Der Mitarbeiter gab sich Mühe aber scheiterte leider an Umgangsformen die man im Hotel-/Pensionsgewerben erwarten kann.
Was: Die Zimmer machen auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, es fällt leider auf dass die Zimmer und Wohnungen eigenhändig zusammengepfuscht wurde. Das stört nicht weiter, wenn man nicht anspruchsvoll ist.
Wieso nicht mehr? Man kann ja sagen, das ist einer Pension mit günstigen Preisen entsprechend, soweit richtig. Aber folgende Punkte sind für mich intolerabel:
Der Mitarbeiter kommt unangekündigt und ohne Klopfen (!) in die Zimmer.
Die Küche ist zwar vorhanden aber außer 10 Gabeln, 5 Messern und einem Topf ist die Küche nicht ausgestattet. Kein einziger Teller oder anderes Besteck geschweige denn Kochgeschirr.
Alles in allem ist die Qualität niedrig und dem Preis entsprechend aber die Umgangsformen des Personals sowie der respektlose Umgang mit den Gästen ist leider unverzeihlich.
