A 24hrs room service menu will be available. The hotel has a 24-hour Front Desk, a luggage storage, a room service menu available 19-hours (reduced menu composed of prepared dishes) and a laundry service. The restaurant, bar and wellness area are undergoing renovations: low noise levels will be expected until February 2025 and high noise levels due to work carried out will be expected from March 2025 until the end of the year (work time slot: 8:00 a.m. > 5:00 p.m.).
