Good experience

Good value for money for Paris center; great location; impeccable bathroom and good bedding... in short it corresponded well to what we wanted...
Hearty breakfast... welcome 24/7 and very nice
Paid parking nearby, and a very good restaurant: the house Astier

Horrible responsible who is screaming on the customers

Absolutely horrible experience without customer service. Thursday responsible of the hotel was yelling on me. I did reservation to booking and then she called me. She told me that I have to call to booking and take back my complaint and when I said that I’m not gonna do it because my complaint has reasons she started to scream on me and tell me that it’s her hotel, she can do whatever she wants to do.. when we arrive the receptionist for sleeping and he was rude with us because we arrived late but we arrive late because our train was late even if train was not late we can arrive what time we want. It’s 24 seven reception normally the lady in the reception was talking about us in Arabic. but the main problem was the woman on the phone who is dealing between booking and customers she was absolutely disrespectful. I even recorded her voice. Don’t stay in this hotel. also, when we arrived, the room door was open. towels and soap was used.

Great location

Hotel was in a great location…. Walking distance to everything…. The rooms were very small and the bathroom too… it was clean but not a place to stay more than two days or so…. It is good for one person but two people it was very cramped…we did have a small balcony that over looked the street and that was cool….

To avoid absolutely presence of mice

Awakened in the middle of the night by the presence of mice in room 103, no hot water for 2 days out of 3 nights booked.
No commercial gesture from management despite my emails and those from reception.
Unacceptable for a so-called 2 star, very small shower, unsecured toilet, elevator broken on the first day.

comfortable and well located hotel

EVERYTHING WORKED WELL
the hotel is fine good night comfortable bedding the room well heated and renovated everything was very clean small shower room hairdryer hot water and small items shampoo soap. Small table for working on a computer, more than enough for a trip to Paris.
they kept our luggage because we arrived quite early
Quiet street - Good location Metro station nearby I recommend this hotel
I will return there if necessary.
