Can’t wait to return and stay longer next time.

Excellent staff and service - allowed slightly earlier check in which was welcome after about 40 hours of flights and travel.
Perfectly comfortable beds and very quiet enabled very quick recovery from jet lag.
Terrific dinner and wine list seems even better than previous. Breakfast perfect and included.
Terrific price and just a perfect stay being looked after by very nice and kind staff and management.
Can’t wait to come back again and spend longer next time.

Quirky elegance

Quirky, old school, friendly staff, we were the only ones in the restaurant but still felt relaxed and cosy. Nothing too much trouble. Room better than the photos on Booking. Elegant. Perhaps a bit faded but makes a change from all the uber cool places.

Good hotel but without customer reception, no manager, but unfortunately bad restaurant....

Hotel we have known for 40 years!
Ups and downs and closures ...
Today, the rooms have remained pleasant even if slightly old, they are still pretty. The catch, the restaurant not at all up to it... obligation to take the car to go out for dinner several dozen km away because no restaurants nearby.
To save the hotel you have to find a chef worthy of the name in the kitchen.
Moreover, no managers on the spot, no managers, a succession of young girls at the level of “cooperative training or apprenticeship”: no pilot on the plane. What a pity

sumptuous castle

In addition to the beautiful setting, the whole team is taking care to make the stay more than perfect. We feel that the comfort of the customer is the first priority of the management.
Mixture between modernity and castle life, one is immersed in the past while having the comfort of modern times, just incredible!!
I'll come back, that's for sure.

Very nice place

Bedding and welcome at the top. Very good value/quality Award Beautiful place with a large well maintained park. Castle on a human scale and warm. Top staff. Ideally located when you discover the castles of the Loire
