A mixed experience: bravo at the restaurant, but disappointing hotel service
Lack of cleanliness, room not made after a long day at the Salon du Sirha, towels repeatedly requested without quick reaction. But the most shocking thing is the manager’s attitude: an aggressive and unpolite call following a minor misunderstanding. Unacceptable behavior.
