Do Not Recommend
-the staff during the daytime (the ladies) were rude and I believe racist. Especially the Moroccan girl (she even try to deny me an extension stating we’re full when online showed every room type available … ). The staff at night (the guys) were very polite and friendly. They would do better to switch or just get rid of the girls altogether. The cleaning staff are sweet and helpful also.
The rooms
-the rooms with the double beds are much nicer than the super standard rooms (they give “motel super 8 off rural highway” vibes lol do not recommend). The hot water doesn’t last long enough for a full shower (can’t shave or wash hair at all, the water will be cold and you’ll be stuck with soap everywhere forced to hurry up and rinse off in the freezing cold water).
Overall
-lobby is nice, area is nice, just need to do a staff cleanup (the women that work day shift at reception in particular) and some repairs & renovation on your rooms. The rates are surprisingly high for the quality of living there. So definitely bring it down because truly nothing special … sorry to say. If it weren’t for the guys that work overnight, my entire stay would have been unpleasant.

Untrue photos
The only positive note is the modern neighborhood with glass skyscrapers of well-known companies, a large shopping center and the yellow metro 1 which connects you directly to the main places of interest in 15/20 minutes (Champs Eliseè, Louvre,)

Student digs for the price of an Upmarket Hotel
In hindsight I should have taken the location - Rue des Etudiants - as a clue. This really was converted student digs. Oh - and unlike other Adagio hotels in France, this one doesn't qualify you for any Accor loyalty points either. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is very nice.
The state of the apartments is quite aged, so ok for a few nights but would not recommend for longer stays
