Wonderful hospitality and accommodation
The gift shop, lobby area and guest lounge are all beautifully kept with nice furnishings. We were given room 101, it was decorated very nicely with a large and very comfortable bed and big windows overlooking the front of the hotel. More free gifts of good quality chocolates and clarins toiletries were in our room and I enjoyed a wonderful soak in the deep bath in our bathroom. Really appreciated the good quality hair dryer provided! We slept very well and was only awoken by the resident cats asking for their breakfast outside below our room which we didn’t mind! Not sure if they rescue these cats but they looked very well cared for with their outside shelters. My only negatives about our stay is that the music played in the shop below although pleasant, it is rather loud and can be heard word for word in room 101. This only really affected us because we spent the afternoon in our room because of the rain, the music is turned off at a very reasonable hour when the shop closes. Upon checking out we were given another gift of a coupon to use against a future stay. The hospitality and generosity of this hotel really didn’t go unnoticed and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I only wish we had been able to try the restaurant, it seemed popular with local residents.

Pay attention when booking
We have booked 2 deluxe rooms overlooking the dunes on the hotel website for 162€/room
On booking the price is higher but the details of the rooms are more detailed than on the website
We had numbers 122 and 123 they are not equipped with air conditioning!!!! And at the same price as the others equipped with air conditioning ...it was a very hot night and the storm broke out at night
If you book on the site specify a room with shower or bath because the first one we received was with a bath and also specify with air conditioning
On the website these rooms have absolutely nothing as description
“This beautifully decorated room is fully equipped”
Finally it would have been better to book 2 comfort rooms which are the cheapest basic rooms but equipped with air conditioning
When we report it at the reception they obviously act innocent
That said we received (like every guest) a voucher for a future stay

UNFORGETTABLE STAY
Professional and friendly welcome with welcome gifts.
Very good and complete breakfast, small detail: a fresh squeezed orange juice would still be required. Thanks to the lady serving.
Very good dinner served by a dynamic gentleman and young girl in a joyful atmosphere, the best.
And above all a big thank you to Sofie and her colleagues at reception who made our stay so pleasant.
We hope to return for another stay and we recommend this hotel to those around us.

A surprising and customer-friendly hotel
We had opted for the half-board formula. Dinner and breakfast took place in Brasserie De Mol, which was located in the same building.
We also received information from the reception for a walk in the dunes and to the beach.
We stayed for several days and the room was cleaned and prepared every day.
Upon departure, Sofie, the reception lady, gave us a voucher for our next stay, where 1 night is free when booking 2 nights via their website. In any case, this hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely come back for another stay.

Please note that on the 31st of December the brasserie closes at 18:00 hrs. Therefore it will not be possible to dine at the brasserie of the hotel. Please note that the Super Promo Comfort Room, Junior Suite and Comfort Room have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. It is not possible to add extra beds to these rooms. When booking a family room, please note that a extra charges apply for children older than 16 years old of EUR 20. Please note the age of the children in the Special Requests box when booking.
