Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. As per the Egyptian law, Egyptian couples are requested to present the marriage certificate. For health and safety reasons, proper swimwear must be worn in all hotel swimming pools. Loose, cotton clothing or long clothes are not allowed. Please note that food and drinks from outside the hotel are not allowed.
