Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. The hotel will offer the traditional San Silvestre festival on the night of December 31, 2024 (for peolple staying that night is required to purchase a ticket). Includes live musical entertainment with the Limite caribe group, dinner, desserts table, midnight protocol, champagne toast, backing for photos.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
