Awful.

It was the worst experience I have ever had on a trip, thanks to the ineptitude of the hotel managers. Reservation a week before my arrival, with full payment of the value of the reservation because it was the demand of the Hotel to be able to book and upon arrival, the reception person told me that they had no rooms that I should go to another Hotel, because they had already accommodated another guest in the room that I booked and that they did not return my money, that I should make a request and wait 30 business days for the refund. Almost 3 months later I am still waiting for my money and at that time they did not give me any solution, they even cancelled my Reservation for the Booking app so that I could not leave comments. To date Booking has not given me a solution either.

Estadía en el mes de Enero/2016

Habitación para 3 personas, excelente: Aire acondicionado, baño, TV y buena presentación de las camas.
Ubicación: Cerca al parque y a la Iglesia, queda en pleno centro. Buena ubicación, ya que por estos lados hay seguridad, por lo que hay entidades bancarias y cerca a variedad de almacenes...
Muy buena cordialidad, por parte de los administradores.
Recomiendo el lugar, también por su economía. Apenas es el hotel, para ir a descansar.
A mejorar dentro del hotel: Las almohadas, algo altas para conciliar el sueño (todo tiene solución). De resto, excelente.

Excelente relación calidad/precio

La atención fue buena y siempre amable. La relación calidad/precio es excelente. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el lugar estaba limpio. Cuenta con una buena ubicación. Los desayunos fueron muy buenos.

El descaro!!

Lo peor del hotel no es el aseo (que claramente es deplorable) sino la mala actitud de los que lo atienden, quienes ante un reclamo por el estado de las sabanas y toallas, simplemente nos pidieron la habitación para aprovechar que venían unos amigos de ellos q no tenían donde quedarse.
Las toallas están rotas y duras, la habitación no tiene nevera ni nada de tomar, las ventanas no abren algunas, y las q se abren no se pueden cerrar fácilmente
