The hotel is a good value for money, it is close to the convention center, ideal for a business trip. The hotel staff is very friendly. It is very clean in all areas of the hotel. The room is cozy and all the facilities work for 24 hours

A very nce stay, the manager is a gentleman who is happy to help with any inquiries and questions. He speaks pretty good English to 😊😊

The hotel service includes. 1. Bed to sleep. 2. A hot shower 3 toilet. 4 Ac for heating. I revived a corner room with was bitter cold in Nov But biggest problem is that there was no hot water for shower. I came from Shaolin temple and song mountain and all I wanted was a hot shower. They were not able to manage to get this resolved. Clearly. I Tony recommend if and I would not book again. To far to train east station. Traffic can be bad in the morning. The worth thing was the hot water was dark brown when opening the tap. Really not hygienic. The picture shows only little brown after leave it running for 15 min.

Hi, I`m the GM of hotel, on behalf of the hotel, I do apologized for the problem caused. I`m very sorry that we couldn`t meet your satisfaction. first of all, we free-upgraded you from a room with "window torwards to corridor" to a room with "window torwards to outside", which is the corner room(it could be changed if you'd like), perhaps you don`t know it because of communication, you may check the reservation for it. the temperature of hot water was normal as usual, there was no other guest complained about it for these days, we were used to it, therefore, we sent chief Engineer ASAP to adjust the temperature after learning temperatrue is low for you, and then I asked hotel`s supervisor (male and tall) arrange another bigger room (free upgrade again) for you to change, he let the hot water flow in shower room and turned on the A/C for a while, and make sure the hot water was hot enough, he approched you and asked you if change room or not, you rejected it and shutted the door. for the distance between hotel and east train station, and the traffic was bad when you are leaving, we are sorry to hear that, hope you will have a pleasant journey in the future.

很不错体验感很好房间卫生打扫的很干净整洁环境不错附近交通很便利打车很方便前台王小姐服务也很不错👍 很值得推荐的一家店
