A wonderful hotel, with fantastic rooms

I love this hotel. It's beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very well designed. Each room is a minimum 45 sqm, with views available across to the city. The beds are comfortable, and room service and cleaning is excellent. The restaurant is wonderful for breakfast, but the lunchtime/evening menu is limited. They do offer a weekly buffet which is very popular.
The swimming pool and gym are excellent.
A special thank you to Michell Chen and Maria Kosacheva for the very warm welcome and support during my visit. Very few of the staff speak English, but there is always some on hand who can help, and Maria and Michelle were very helpful with room bookings, and other arrangements.
This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenzhen

Just got back from an amazing weekend at Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan! The whole experience was great, but I have to give a special shout-out to Mariia, whose hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms were comfortable, location was perfect, and everything I needed was taken care of. If I ever find myself in Shenzhen again, I'm definitely booking here!

Lovely Hotel with nice people

Visited Shenzhen for a business trip and stayed in this beautiful hotel. Let’s start with the only two negatives:
the language barrier was a slight issue and the bar closed at 11pm!… the positives, the room in stayed 1002 was lovely, comfy bed, loads of room, nice bath tub (with a view) the restaurant food was a amazing local cuisine and the breakfast kitchen the food choice was out of this world!… I’m back next year, and I will be staying here again

Hotel leisure

This hotel is really amazing! The lounge ladies Lydia, Taryn, and Aria are very enthusiastic and provide first-class service quality. The room is very tidy, well-equipped, and the bed is comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very good, with a quiet surrounding environment and convenient transportation. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel next time!
