perfect for a cheap short stay in Hong Kong
For the price in comparison to other options in Hong Kong, you can't fault it. Also, it is in a Viator 'must visit building' so we managed to tick one site off our list before we had even left the bedroom!
Absolutely perfect location too, right by the ferry port to take you across to the other side of Hong Kong for very little money, and in the heart of the night markets and bustling Hong Kong - would recommend!

A nice but cheap hostel at the heart of the city
Receptionist is so kind, also the one who assisted us to our room (I think they are both Indians). At the ground floor of Chungking Mansion, there numbers of Foreign Exchange, just check who among them offers good price. During our stay it was the forex located in the middle who offered good forex (I forgot the name of the establishment but the label was blue). There are also several Indian restaurants who offered good food. 10Hkd for a rice and 30-35Hkd for viand.
The hostel offers a discounted HK Disneyland and Ocean Park tickets but you could also find some Indians offering a discounted tickets at the ground floor. (I got Mine for 530Hkd (Original price was 589Hkd)
You could also find luggage's and bags at the Ground floor stalls.
One thing I just noticed, we cannot watch Television during the morning (no reception/ signal) but I just don't know if this is usual since we are just first timers in HK. In the Philippines, people usually wake up at 6AM or earlier, but in HK 9 or 10 AM is quite early.

Beware of this place
We also noticed their strategy is to put people in their worst room and move them to a better one if they complain. The guy on the desk is very helpful but overall manager is not helpful and is obnoxious.
