The location is great,it's within walking distance from the hotel to Tianfu Square and the metro station. The breakfast quality was good, and the staff were kind and provided excellent service. Rachel and Belinda were particularly helpful.
I’m just wondering, do 5-star hotels here not provide a welcome drink?

A friend recommended the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu when I came to Chengdu on business this time. After checking the online reviews, I decided to stay there without hesitation. First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are also many snacks around. Although the hotel's decoration is a bit old, it is well maintained. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. From the moment I entered the hotel, every detail was perfect. I'm especially grateful to Robertli for his reception. He upgraded our room, introduced us to some good hot pot restaurants nearby, and kindly asked about our itinerary for the next day, offering a late check-out. There's really nothing to say. The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu will be my first choice when I travel to Chengdu next time!

Excellent stay

Possibly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far. The room is huge, the hardware is proper and working, hygiene standards are high, the bed is very comfortable.
Really nothing to fault about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. The buffet was also very good.

Very good experience at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu. The staff in here are very friendly and helpful. This time I stayed in an executive double room, so it includes the courtesy of the executive lounge. Their meals are very good, and their staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful, It shows the high-quality standards of Ritz_Carton for the lounge. Special praise for the executive lounge manager Mr Hasnain and deputy manager Stanley Sun. Their service is very good in all aspects, see the needs of customers in time and deal with them in time. It's a very good check-in experience. Their hotel is also my first choice in Chengdu in the future.
