The room was large and beautiful, with a great view. The room was also very new and super clean. The staff were extremely attentive and always provided everything we needed, and they even remembered what we liked for breakfast. 小方 and 思思 were very helpful with matters ranging from the hotel to booking tours. The breakfast had a good variety of food and everything tasted delicious.

Our open kitchen prepares a variety of local breakfast options on site, including fried pork rice noodles with chili peppers, scallion pancakes, beef brisket noodles with pickled cabbage, and freshly cooked hot porridge with a selection of homemade sauces. For those who prefer a classic Western breakfast, we offer eggs, fresh fruits, homemade yogurt, cereals, and freshly baked bread. Breakfast A La Carte Menu is served until 11:30 a.m. We sincerely hope to welcome you back again soon.

Excellent breakfast. Very high standard food. We had a river view room. It's amazing. Perfect location for all actions. Night life is just around the corner but not disturbed as hotel is located 48 storey high.

Everything was perfect !
Good service and location , direct access to IFS and near metro. Many food choices nearby ! About 4-5km to Changsha railway station. Reached hotel in the morning and hotel kindly provided early check-in. Hotel staff also send me pdf full of food options. Hotel placed a fruit platter in my room and turn down service ( without me asking). Requested late check out via wechat which was convenient.Room is new, neat and clean ✌️Definitely will be back at Hyatt Changsha again !

Location, view and modern design and infrastructure are main attractive parts of this hotel. Swimming pool is very decent too.
Whilst the service is overall good and at par of those of 5-star hotels, I was not particularly happy about the room upgrade where after I decided to pay 250 yuan, but only to get a very narrow view of the river, which was way below my expectation. It would be great if the front desk staff could tip me about this condition. Everything was good.
