Is Noi a pun on No 1

Great location in upmarket Vitacura, this is a hotel with great rooms, very nice breakfast and generally good service. Lots of restaurants nearby which can be a bit noisy but lots of variety. Easy freeway access to airport, but a decent distance to main/old town centre.

NOI BUENO

Good service at the front desk!!
Varied and rich breakfast , 9th floor with pool and Bar
To see the Sunset of Santiago!! Good cocktails and varied, good food to snack on!
Good Beds! Rest well, quiet neighborhood.
We'll be back soon!!

Always a detail that kills the magic

The room had a permanent noise coming from the vents that was really annoing, that need to be fixed. Cheers

END OF COUPLE

Overall all well... only the bed was 2 beds joined and it was quite unpleasant that situation as a hole forms in the middle....and as always they answer that it is the only one available.
The breakfast quite stocked, the pool sector needs maintenance

Bad for the price and the stars

For the price the truth is not worth it, the attention is not so good, the common spaces are small (heated pool and outdoor pool) few restrooms, the attention of the staff is regular, the bad breakfast, do not report for example that there are things that can be ordered a la carte, the officials repeatedly asked the room number when we had already indicated it many times (reception, restaurant, at breakfast, everywhere). The food in general BAD, both from the restaurant on the 9th floor and at breakfast, a dry and hard gyozas, and at breakfast little variety and also some hard breads, and had no palta. And most seriously, in my opinion, when I signed the consumer vouchers, I didn’t tip, and then they charged me at check out. I wouldn't go again. In short, very expensive for what they offer, for that value better to pay for another hotel.
