Quite clean and presentable, the only issue I found was the state of the bathtubs (broken drain plug, old silicone). No other problems. Desk staff were quite friendly and helpful.

The stay was comfortable.... Clean and modern..... Service was spot on.... Very friendly....

Everything was great however my daughter was taking a shower and the bottom tap came flying out of the way. Was told a manager would call or email me … it’s been 5 days and no follow up phone call.

We stayed one night on our way to surgery in Montreal. There were children running in the halls very late in the night. The bed was so hard my wife had to sleep in the chair. The deposit of $200 we were told on check out would take 5 business days to be returned. That was supposed to cover costs in Montreal. They never said upon check in 5 days! I would not recommend this hotel. All they could say was this is policy we are sorry. If explained properly it would have given us an opportunity to cover that extra expense.

I've stayed here before and it was dated but the renovations make the room feel cleaner and more modern.
