Please inform MTLVacationRentals - The City Chalet in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, guests will be required to fill a check-in form and provide a government issued photo ID through a secure link. Failure to complete this step may prevent guest from accessing the apartment. Check-in time starts at 4:00PM. Check-out time is at 11:00AM. At departure, the guest is expected to leave the apartment in a general state of cleanliness (take out the garbages, clean used dishes…) Après avoir effectué une réservation, le client devra compléter un formulaire d’arrivée en ligne et y fournir une pièce d'identité officielle munie d’une photo. À défaut de compléter ce formulaire, le client pourrait se voir refuser l’accès a l’appartement loué. L’arrivée est à partir de 16h00. Le départ est à 11h00. Le client doit laisser l’appartement dans un état général de propreté (sortir les déchets, nettoyer la vaisselle utilisée,…)
