Great value for the price. Room was clean, staff helpful, had problem with heat and they took care of it within 2min. If your looking for a decent place to stay to sleep for the night without breaking the bank

Drive right on by!

The moment I stepped foot in the place the smell was overwhelming!!! Couldn't put my finger on it as to what it was or where it was coming from? This seedy motel is located off the 401 but the location is extremely busy. Located within 70' if Exeter Rd. All night long there's traffic and many transports. My curtain would only close half way so had to stand on a chair to fix it. The screen was ripped. The heat/Ac unit was filthy. The comforter and bedding all had stains and cigarette burns even though they were non smoking rooms. Trying to get anything on tv was difficult. Wifi was slow. No continental breakfast included. No Kleenex in the room. You can hear guests in the next room over and dogs barking. People were checking in at all hours of the night. Room key card had to be replaced 3 times as it wouldn't let me back in my room. I had the room booked for 3 nights. After the first night I booked myself into a Best Western in a rural quiet setting that felt like a palace after this place. I kept my room at the Travel Inn seeing I paid for it but handed in my key card the second evening. Comfort, cleanliness and safety is way more important to me then a good rate. I only booked this place cause it was close to where my son was moving. Big mistake!! I don't normally book cheap rooms and after this I never will again!

Clean space and great amenities just housekeeper knocked and tried to open my door at 9am good thing I locked it from inside. Other than that it’s a great to stay and comfort beds

Friends traveling with us made an error in the reservations. Tried to change the date but we're unable. They were charged double for the error because they had to cancel. Seems very rude to not allow a change in dates, especially since it was an error.

No breakfast
Towels not replaced. Used towels were thrown in dresser which we noticed.
No in room coffee maker.
