Organization, cleanliness and cordiality of the employees are highlighted! Attention has become a reference!

Excellent stay

Excellent hotel. Careful staff, everything always clean and well taken care of. Exceptional breakfast. Close to the shopping Catuai, about 100m. Coffee is available at the reception at any time. Room large and comfortable. Ducha maravilhosa. On-site parking, no charge.

Need to improve...

The hotel has points to improve. Breakfast is very simple. I requested a wake-up service, but I was not awakened. I spent two nights at the hotel and the apartment was not cleaned. As a positive point, I highlight the location of the hotel, which is very good, next to the Shopping Catuaí.

Suitable and comfortable

The hotel met all my needs very well. Room large, well furnished, cosy, clean, including in the bathroom. Room service (feeding) was perfect. The breakfast was also perfect for my needs. Many parking spaces and several with shadows. The physical activity room was also satisfying. The attention was polite. There was no reason to complain.

Very good value for the money

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and excellent location next to a Shopping Center.
Although the hotel is beginning to show signs of Age, it is very comfortable and far better than Comfort hotels in the USA.
The breakfast is another very positive point.
I come to Londrina once a year and always enjoy staying here.
