Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. Rooftop pool was very pleasant and clean. Excellent value for money.

Staff is friendly, location is very good, clean and good rooms, good water-flow in showers, overall pleasant experience

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports
due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.

If you can’t tolerate bed smell don’t go this hotel. They told me that this is normal smell. But I was feeling suffocated. Room cleaner told me it’s from AC. Then I opened the room. Smell gone for a while. When I went to outside of hotel for a meeting about 1hour after entering the room i found the same smell. I didn’t receive complimentary fruits as trip.com show me.
There was a female receptionist . She tried to teach me what is the smell of hotel.

An outstanding experience. Comfortable, clean, friendly, and with excellent location opportunities. Definitely would stay here again.
