Really well located hotel

Excellently located clean and simple hotel with comfortable air con rooms. Very helpful staff including dealing with emails beforehand. Space in front of hotel to park to offload luggage. Can also park in front overnight until 8am. We chose to park in multi-storey car park only easy 5 mins/275m walk away. Dedicated secure parking places. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants near hotel for drinks or supper. Hotel breakfast good.
Lift is small and a bit erratic!

Beautiful hotel with historical character!

A great base for a family holiday! The family room has enough space, a balcony and comfortable beds, a modern bathroom/shower with a window. A rich breakfast (great coffee!!!), a bright fitness room on the top floor and the staff immediately responded to our requests (breakfast at 6.45 on a public holiday). A communal kitchen with a fridge is available. Not a run-of-the-mill new building, but with historic charm. Vienna, the Vienna Woods and the surrounding area are very easy to reach by bus/train. We'll be back!

I do not recommend this hotel

Very rude and uncooperative. My wife got sick and they refused to reschedule and insisted on taking all the money. Even though we cancel, I don't recommend this hotel

good city hotel

we stayed a night as we were visiting Friends.
it is in the very Center of Wr Neustadt, which of Course gets rather lively at night, but that's the Price you pay to be in the Center.
the Rooms are small and clean.

Storybook Hotel

Loved Wiener Neustadt and loved this hotel. My wife insists that we have to move here, soon. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, our windows opened over the town square with an historic fountain. We spent the day just walking around.
