Staff on Sunday even went above and beyond for a family member in a different room with some challenges she was having with her rental car! Thank you!!!
The rooms were spacious and were quite well equipped.
Opportunities: To elevate, there are only two (minor) suggestions:
1) A coffee machine wouldn't go astray e.g. with pods.
2) The washing machines would benefit in having simple instructions readily available (I've used many, but this one had me stumped...twice - got there in the end, but not easy).
Honestly, I would not let these two things deter anyone from staying. We would happily stay again with comfortable, clean, and spacious accommodation, and easy parking, it was everything we could have wanted for accommodation in Warrnambool.
Note: if sensitive to sound, bring ear plugs for the cars. It didn't bother us too much, but the road nearby does seem popular for "lappies".

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that a 3.5% surcharge applies for payments made with credit card.
