Total Class!

Total Class from start to finish. Every facility is first class from the room through to the facilities and dining. Hotel is beautifully clean well designed and immaculately presented with some great staff working there.
I liked the 3 x Dining choices from Budget right up to Top End.
Going forward, one thing which might be looking at would be offering a “Cooked” breakfast tariff alongside the “Continental” one?
Also loved our early morning visitors on the balcony!

Brilliant Stay and Location

We recently stayed at bannisters for our anniversary and it was an incredible experience! We don't normally spoil ourselves with fancy stays but this and this has been such a great experience. The sparkling on arrival, pool, room and other amenities were all top teir. 10 out of 10 will stay again!

Consistently great

Consistently excellent in every way. Clean and comfortable room. Great view from balcony. Amazing dinner in Rick stein’s - this time torched yellow fin tuna, Spanish mackerel with salsa verde and cherry trifle. Outstanding service in restaurant. So peaceful.

Bannisters Port Stephens is the best.

We stay at Bannisters Port Stephens every time we are travelling on the coast. Rick Steins restaurant is always a culinary delight.
The staff are exceptional, the rooms very clean and comfortable. We stay in a “Chalky “ room with our 2 dogs.
We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Lovely property with great dining options, fantastic views, and friendly staff. Unfortunately we had a foul smell in our room which put a damper on the visit. Otherwise it was faultless.
