Virtually on The Strand, just past the amazing Bayan trees. Spacious room, good shower, with extra touches : crockery and cutlery, and a microwave oven.
Our room was up some steep stairs, but there are other, less precipitous rooms too.

Blacklisted for being blak

Blacklisted for being Blak—this raises serious concerns about the company’s policies, or lack thereof, on discrimination. When the receptionist was asked for the reason behind the blacklisting, they were unable to provide a valid explanation. Instead, they dismissed any suggestion of racism, claiming it couldn’t be discrimination because “the computer system decided it.”
This response is not only unhelpful but also deflects accountability. It’s troubling that such decisions can be made without clear reasoning or transparency.
I strongly urge this organization to implement clear anti-discrimination policies and ensure their staff are properly trained to address these matters

A great heritage hotel. Very close to the ferry terminal and an easy walk to the esplanade (lots of cafes/restaurants). Reception was friendly and helpful! Would stay again!

I had gone away with my family and enjoyed it. I'm just not too sure if someone other than myself had entered the room while I had gone out for the day. Other than that staff were very hospitable and friendly and were extremely happy to help when needed so I thank them and I'll love to return back. Also pet friendly my dog was extremely happy during her stay also.

It is very closely located to the Strand, which is great if thats what you ate after. On the downside it is expensive for what you get though.
