Great budget motel Armidale NSW with included continental breakfast. Our preferred stay in Armidale.

Clean, comfortable budget motel. Quiet. Security mesh screen door opens onto patio area. Able to leave door secured and open for fresh air. Nice included continental breakfast in dining room with great views across Armidale. Stay here often.

Very friendly and accommodating Owners

The staff at the Armidale Inn were so lovely. They accommodated me very well as I arrived late to the Motel. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a nice stay. The basic breakfast was included in the stay the next morning, so this made the experience very affordable.

This was a great place to stay at a very reasonable price.

This was a great stay at a very reasonable price which included an adequate continental breakfast. A very welcoming and helpful host. Great parking for big vehicles. A little tired but very clean, spacious room (5) and comfortable beds. A little bit of road noise. Would have been perfect if they had a pool.

Great service

Wonderful service dealing with helpful, friendly and pleasant staff. Room was clean with added touches such as scent sticks in the bathroom. Excellent choices for the continental breakfast. Had to cancel one night's accommodation and this presented no problem. Really enjoyed our two nights stay. Highly recommended

Bed in poor condition with a broken spring sticking out the side of the mattress

At first my Visa Debit card was declined twice, even though there was funds available. I had to use my wife's card. That night we noticed the mattress was very uncomfortable, and seeing the night noticed a broken spring poking out the sidewall of the mattress. I brought this to the attention of the manager and asked for a partial refund on the room tarric. He was very hesitant to do so.
My wife then sent an email to the motel reception with a photo of the spring poking out the side of the mattress. A response was quickly received that they would refund us $50. The room was OK, but does need a refurbished.
