Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property requires a credit card pre-authorization as a security deposit & to cover any incidental charges. This may be taken anytime within the cancellation period (i.e. 24 hours of arrival) and you will kindly be asked to provide a matching ID at check-in. Funds are typically held for up to 10 working days, depending on the financial institution. Please note that for bookings of more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The credit card used for booking guarantee must be presented during check-in and must match with photo identification. Please note that a surcharge of 1% will apply when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or 2,75% American Express credit card.
