Friendly women at breakfast, friendly. The breakfasts themselves are normal. You can ask for coffee, delicious sausages, and brisket. On the downside, the baked goods were not very fresh; there was not enough cottage cheese casserole or cheesecakes.
There is no welcome water, in the refrigerator, which for some reason is in the closet)) all for money and the prices are astronomical. There is a safe, but no proper table. There is no kettle, cups and this is very bad! Towels were changed, sometimes hot water did not come immediately. The doors to the room are thin, you can hear everything. In general, it corresponds to a three, without any frills. We were on excursions every day, so we didn’t really notice any shortcomings. The shower stall has a strange design, water pours onto the floor. There is WI-FI and it works fine. In general, you can live.
It takes 12-15 minutes to Ani Plaza from where excursions begin.

Is it better to have a good bed or a good breakfast?
Spacious room, the bathroom, or rather the toilet not so spacious, closed in a niche which can become problematic for people of a certain size
Television in the bedroom and in the small living room, with Armenian and Russian channels and only one international one (CNN)
Rich breakfast for guests accustomed to eating salty in the morning, quite limited for Italian tastes. Espresso coffee only on request and for a fee, few and rationed tea bags.
