Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group, and different conditions or rates may apply. Please note that reservations are confirmed in USD; any quotes in other currencies are for reference only. Based on Communication "A" 7630 from the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, all reservations for nonresident passengers in Argentina will be charged in pesos at the exchange rate of the MEP dollar at the time of payment. For Argentine residents, the peso amount will be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina (selling ticket) at the time of payment. The collection of reservations is processed within 72 hours of being made (in the case of nonrefundable reservations) or when the cancelation deadline for flexible reservations expires.

Argentinean citizens and residents will be charged an additional 21% value added tax. Only foreign guests who pay with a foreign credit card or debit card are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
