A Great Hotel
Individual and large hair dryer. The bathroom is spacious and the towels very good quality. The only thing I'd want an electric kettle in the room. I have not used the restaurant but if I have seen many people in the same which I stay tuned for the next.. the pool area and very comfortable and quiet exteriors. The pool can be used until 23hs and the water with an ideal temperature and very clean!!!

Agradecemos su valoración. Es grato conocer que tuvo una estadio satisfactoria. y pudo disfrutar de nuestro Spa Club con piscina climatizada cubierta y la extensiva atención de nuestro personal.

For this type of hotel, a coffee / tea maker and some free water would have been appropriate.

Excellent stay
A varied and rich breakfast. the restaurant with accessible prices and hearty dishes. I highlight Fernando's sympathy and kindness.
Undoubtedly the excellence of the staff makes one comfortable at all times from the moment of arrival to departure. At the reception Ana and Daniel stand out. I recommend it without hesitation

They charge the quality but they don't!
The biggest problem is the quality of care, the staff is not bad but has no education according to a category Hotel. Examples are: I put up the sign to clean the room.. it was on for 6 hours and they didn't. When I got back, they knocked on my door to make the toilet. In the air-conditioned pool the person attending is dismissive in his treatment, in bad ways he made me run the restroom being that he was sunbathing and there was no one in the place, another day there were children screaming all the time, so I had to retire from the spa. You notice that quality is an unknown word on this site.

Agradecemos su visita. Revisando su comentario el cual siempre ayuda a mejorar nuestros servicios. Tenemos para informarle que nuestro sector de Housekipping tiene un amplio horario para la limpieza. Como así también diferentes pisos. Al llegar al momento de limpieza de su habitacion coincidió que Ud. había regresado.Pedimos disculpas si hubo tardanza. Lamentamos su experiencia en el sector del Spa, pero por cuestiones de seguridad y procedimientos se le pidió amablemente que mueva la reposera ya que la habia colocado en un sector donde interrumpia el paso.
El Hotel es también de tipo familiar , por lo que es inevitable que los niños no griten y jueguen
