I accidentally made a fully prepaid booking at this property and informed them on the same day, but they refused to issue a refund. I understand there may be fees involved, but given that the booking was made only 24 hours in advance, I kindly ask for some understanding and flexibility in this situation.

This hotel is quite new, opened only for a few months. The Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms r clean and comfortable. The breakfast served included local/western/Japanese. They provide free flow of coffee/tea and snacks during 2-5pm at the lobby. Will check in again next visit.
